DKIM/SPF

DKIM and SPF are ways many servers now use to validate that email being delivered to them is actually from the sender and not spam trying to spoof a site.

cPanel makes it very easy to add DKIM and SPF records to your dns zone and will greatly improve deliverability of your email.

Log into cPanel and click Email Authentication.  If not already enabled, click the enable button for DKIM.  Go back to the Email Authentication page and do the same for SPF.  Again go back to the Email Authentication page and add some IP ranges for additional IPs allowed to send email.  Add:

10.0.0.0/8
69.160.43.192/26
162.160.43.192/26

This will ensure that if you use a dedicated mail server, it covers any IP that may be used and minimize updates in the future.
